Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service to guests following standard operating procedures and brand guidelines
• Prepare tables, serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently, and ensure smooth restaurant operations
• Attend daily briefings to stay updated on menus, promotions, and service plans
• Demonstrate knowledge of all menu items and make personalized recommendations when needed
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in service areas, ensuring all tools and equipment are well-kept
• Support cost-control efforts through efficient handling of supplies and resources
• Build rapport with guests, ensuring satisfaction and addressing requests or concerns promptly
• Collaborate with kitchen and support departments to provide seamless dining experiences
• Follow safety and hygiene standards, including food handling and fire safety protocols
• Participate in scheduled training sessions to enhance service skills and product knowledge

• Minimum one year of experience in a similar food and beverage role within a hotel or restaurant
• Excellent communication skills in English with a welcoming and approachable personality
