Job Responsibilities
Drive sales of pet products within the assigned territory
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and pet shops
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper placement at retail outlets
Execute in-store promotions and support product launches
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management
Requirements
Proven experience in field sales (experience in pet products or consumer goods is an advantage)
Strong understanding of distributor and retail sales channels
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Good time management and territory planning skills
Willingness to travel within the assigned area
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
