Role: FMC Cloud Network Engineer
Work Location: Ajman, United Arab Emirates
Start Date: Immediate to 30 Days

- Maintain shift duty schedules based on the monthly roster and planned activities of FMC-Cloud.
- Follow up with FMC planning teams for the new projects and required changes.
- Perform Hardware ATP testing for the new systems and devices.
- Monitor both Huawei NFVI and Microsoft NFVI+ FMC-Clouds on 24 daily bases.
- Monitor and observe the alarms and hardware infrastructure related KPIs of both Huawei NFVI and Microsoft NFVI+ FMC-Clouds, and follow it up with the VMs\' owners (Etisalat Teams) and vendors.
- Follow up with Etisalat concerned parties and vendors for network incidents, HW related faults, and snags.
- Ensure that all planned activities are carried out as per the plan.
- Prepare and submit the health check, shift handover, RCA and different technical reports as required.
- Ensure O&M and management awareness of the major network faults and service disturbance.
- Maintain the record of the faults related to Huawei NFVI and Microsoft NFVI+ FMC-Clouds.
- Provide monthly, quarterly and annual report about a general statistic of alarms and faults.
- Participates and assists superiors in the preparation of project plans/budgets.
- Coordinate as required with other Engineering sections, contractors and consultants and follows up as required.
- Perform any other function assigned to him as and when needed.
- Handle and close the Remedy Change Records CR and Trouble Tickets OPs assigned to the group of FMC-Cloud.
