Salary Package: AED 6000 to AED 8000 Monthly Wages (Depend on expertise and experience). Basic Insurance as per labor law. 01 month annual leave upon completion of 01 Year (Every 12 months). Skills, Experience & Certifications Requirements: (Preferable) (Experience: 03 Years minimum requirement) 1. Fortinet / FortiGate: Firewalls, Switches & Wireless 2. Sophos: Firewalls, Switches & Wireless 3. Dell SonicWall: Firewalls 4. CISCO: Firewall, Switches & Wireless. 5. HP Aruba: Switches & Wireless. 6. UNIFI (Ubiquiti Networks): Switches & Wireless. 7. Microsoft Windows Servers, SQL Server, VMware, HyperV, Active Directory, Backup Softwares like Acronis, VEEAM, Carbonite Disaster Recovery, (Advance skills preferable) 8. IP Telephony: Yeastar, AVAYA, GrandStream Telephone System. Job Responsibilities: 1. Maintain, implement, and troubleshoot networks 2. Design and support our network systems and infrastructure 3. Configure and operate routers and switches 4. Strong IT hardware and Network skills 5. In depth knowledge of the network types (LAN, WAN, Etc.) 6. IT infrastructure experience with a focus on network and network security concept. 7. Monitor network performance and make recommendations based on performance analysis 8. Strong knowledge and experience in network design, deployment, recovery, and management experience is highly desirable 9. Proven experience and success with LAN, WAN, WLAN, and WWAN design and implementation. 10. Proven experience with network capacity planning, network security principles, and network management best practices. 11. Strong knowledge and experience in network performance management and tuning, security hardening and network availability. 12. Cybersecurity knowledge in IT and OT network will be added advantage. 13. Strong experience in automation tools related to Network management 14. Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS) 15. Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations 16. Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including wireless access points, firewalls, routers, switches, and controllers. 17. Knowledge of application transport and network infrastructure protocols. 18. Ability to create accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems. 19. Maintaining computer networks including mainframes, VPNs, routers and network mapping. 20. Creating overseeing and testing security measures such as disaster recovery and access authentication Experience with network monitoring diagnostics and analysis tools 21. Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS) 22. Experience in Cloud servers configuration and administration in Azure, AWS and Google Cloud. 23. Experience in configuring Virtual Machines in Windows and VMWare. 24. Thorough knowledge in DC, Secondary DC, GPO, File Service, Print Service and IIS 25. Experience in configuring Failover clustering and high availability. 26. Networking experience in configuring Managed Switches, WiFi controllers, Security Routers 27. Configuration knowledge in Network Firewalls Fortinet & Sophos (Sonicwall and Cisco is plus) 28. Knowledge in VPN configuration (Site to Site, IPSec and SSL) 29. NAS device configuration and Iscsi knowledge. 30. Experience in Desktop administration. 31. Experience in Microsoft 365 tenant administration - Exchange online, Sharepoint online 32. Experience in Google Workspace administration. 33. Experience in Cloud backup solutions - Azure, AWS, Acronis, Veeam, etc,.. 34. Should have multi-tasking ability to handle multiple customer support tickets and projects. 35. Firewall management, maintenance, and access rules, Site to Site VPN, Remote Access VPN, IPSec VPN, L2TP and SSL VPN 36. Technical support for networking such as: WAN and LAN connectivity, Switches, firewalls, Wireless, Windows Servers (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP) and Security Appliances. 37. Remote access solution implementation and support such as IPSEC VPN, Remote and Site to Site VPNs, SD-WAN. 38. Hands on Experience on Manageable Network Switches, FortiGate Firewalls and Wireless LAN Controllers. 39. Perform network maintenance, monitoring, analysis, backup, inventory, and system upgrades including patches, Firmware and security configurations of Switches/Routers/Firewalls. 40. Ability to work with vendor/ISP support to resolve issues within SLA. 41. Effective Communication and Coordination with End-Users and Support Desk team to Troubleshoot IT/Network-related Issues remotely and on-site visits to End-Users and different Office sites.
