Management of various “Store Requests” covering a wide scope: Invoicing, Products blocked for sale, etc.
Management of the order portfolio (detection and identification upstream of invoicing issues on orders with “In progress” status)
Management of order cancellations (Update of information on all services concerned by the order: Supply, Warehouse, Stores concerned)
Management of alerts (Detection of anomalies in order to rectify them and notify the services concerned)
Management of non-receipt for Purchase Orders and Transfer Orders in stores linked to customer orders

You will have at least two years of experience in a similar position
