Angel Cakes is looking for a Floor Manager to join our cafe team in Dubai.
About Us:
Angel Cakes is a premium organic cafe chain known for gluten-free, refined sugar-free, and mostly vegan desserts. We focus on healthy, high-quality dining experiences.
Responsibilities:
Deliver excellent customer service
Manage cafe staff, schedules, and daily operations
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues
Monitor inventory and place orders
Ensure compliance with HACCP standards
Requirements:
Previous experience as a cafe administrator or similar role
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Customer-oriented and proactive attitude
What We Offer:
Full-time position | 5,000 AED + KPI + bonuses
Final compensation and employment terms will be discussed individually, based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
