To uphold their high standards, they are seeking a Head Barista to lead their coffee program and ensure excellence in every cup. Responsibilities:

Oversee all coffee operations, ensuring the highest brewing standards and consistency. Develop and refine a coffee menu that aligns with the cafés specialty approach. Train and mentor baristas to maintain quality in coffee preparation, latte art, and customer engagement. Source, evaluate, and recommend coffee beans and brewing methods to keep offerings innovative. Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and equipment maintenance protocols. Manage inventory, collaborate with suppliers, and ensure timely restocking of premium coffee beans and ingredients. Engage with customers, educating them on coffee profiles, brewing techniques, and specialty offerings. Work closely with the culinary team to create complementary food and coffee pairings. Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Head Barista or Senior Barista in a specialty coffee setting. Expertise in coffee beans, brewing techniques, and industry trends. Strong leadership and training skills to develop a high-performing barista team. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Knowledge of coffee equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while upholding exceptional quality. Barista training certification or coffee education is a plus. Seniority level
