to oversee day-to-day restaurant floor operations at one of our premium F&B concepts in Dubai.

Job Summary:

As a

Floor Manager

, you will be responsible for leading the front-of-house team, ensuring a smooth service flow, and providing exceptional guest experiences. You will act as a key liaison between service staff, guests, and management, upholding operational excellence and brand standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily front-of-house operations during service hours Supervise and support waitstaff, hosts, and bar staff to ensure exceptional service delivery Monitor guest satisfaction, address complaints, and ensure a memorable dining experience Enforce company service standards, health & safety protocols, and cleanliness procedures Train and mentor staff to improve performance and ensure consistency Manage table flow, reservations, and seating plans for optimal efficiency Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain service speed and quality Ensure POS systems and order processing are handled accurately Support the preparation of shift schedules and floor planning

Qualifications & Requirements:

Previous experience as a Floor Manager or similar role in a high-volume, upscale restaurant Excellent leadership and team coordination skills Strong interpersonal and communication abilities Deep understanding of customer service and F&B operations Able to handle high-pressure environments with grace and professionalism Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant software Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays Arabic language is a plus (preferred)
