Supervise and coordinate daily floor operations during service hours.
Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and readiness of the dining area.
Monitor reservations, guest seating, and table turnover to maximize efficiency.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service.
Enforce compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Greet and interact with guests, handling inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
Ensure guests receive excellent service, resolving issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
Monitor guest feedback and report trends or areas for improvement to senior management.
