1. Carrying out vehicle inspections and recording any damage found to ensure they are in safe operating condition. 2. Ensuring that each assigned vehicle is with concerned person and used as per the agreement between the company and employee. 3. Record keeping of vehicle handover form, vehicle license card, and other necessary documents. 4. Responsible for tracking the locations and also safekeeping keys. 5. Report all status regarding the vehicle in a timely manner to leadership. 6. Assist with general administration tasks and any other ad hoc duties as required. 7. Reporting any unsafe conditions to the appropriate party for further action. 8. Checking the quality of minor and major repairs. 9. Coordinating with the Third Party Service team to perform the automobile service on-time. 10. Checking the mechanical services from third party, such as tire rotations and balancing, replacing brakes, and changing transmission fluid meets the standard. 11. Checking for signs of theft, vandalism, or other damage, such as dents or scratches, especially on vehicles that have been involved in accidents. 12. Determining if vehicles have been damaged in accidents by checking for signs of repair work or paint matching between panels.
