Job Title: Fleet Supervisor Location: Abudhabi

Experience: 5+ Years Education: Bachleor's Degree General Summary Establish and maintain working relationships with end users and the service requester. Determine work to be assigned to vendors and maintain contact with vendors to ensure full compliance. Maintain contact with dealers to ensure warranty repair work is completed as prescribed by warranty issues in a timely manner. Direct activities of staff performing repairs and maintenance to equipment, vehicles, and facilities. Plan and forecast delivery schedules to ensure timely routing and dispatching to maximize fleet utilization and contribute to lower operating costs. Create detailed daily reports of key performance indicators for fleet operations and safety and compliance metrics to aid Logistics management in decision-making. Utilize Microsoft Office software to prepare correspondence, spreadsheets, slide presentations Analyzed problems to identify factors, gather pertinent data, recognize and implement solutions Identified relationships between data then analyzed the information to draw accurate conclusions. Enforce the on-time trucks shipment of products. Addressed and resolved customer complaints empathetically and professionally. Perform fleet inspections and prepare reports regarding fleet status, maintenance records and recommendations for future maintenance. Ordering urgent or emergency repairs as needed. Establish efficient routes and transportation schedules. Manage vehicle licensure, registration, and road permits. Ensure all fleet members have proper licensure and up to date training. Make a monthly report about the actions and progress for the complaints and its corrective action.
