Our client is a leading car rental and based out of Dubai and is looking out for a strong and dynamic candidate for the role of Fleet Supervisor as per the below requisites.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Planning, processing, and executing approved vehicle purchases through our partners.

Ensuring fleet operations are in compliance with local and state rules and regulations.

Finding ways to cut costs and maximize profits.

Supporting operational driver safety and compliance.

Analyzing data to increase business operational efficiency.

Liaising with peers within the region & company to share knowledge and optimize operations.

Monitoring driver behavior and ensuring a high level of customer service.

Collaborate with marketing teams to initiate creative local strategies and user growth campaigns

Monitor and ensure fleet operation in compliance with local and state rules and regulations coordinate with DED, Dubai Police, RTA and other government authorities in various questions related to business objectives Plan a budget for daily/monthly operations, expenditures and analyze all financial objectives finding ways to cut costs and maximize profits

Oversee activities with regards to the repair and preventive maintenance and replacement of fleet to meet company\'s logistics needs

Maintains online Salik account registration for RSL and other companies Fleet maintenance:

Oversee and continuously improve processes and procedure in repair and maintenance activities. Oversea activities with regards to preventive maintenance and scheduled maintenance to improve the utilization of the vehicles Candidate should have:

An extensive knowledge of the fleet leasing management or car rental industry and a proven track record in developing territories, implementing successful growth strategies, and leading teams.

Skills/Qualification:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree.

Experience successfully disgruntled customers

Minimum of 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in car rental industry.

High leadership and organizational skills

Thorough knowledge of UAE automotive market and vehicle laws and regulations.

Excellent communication skills.

Strong negotiation skills.

Outstanding organizational skills.

Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.

High-level experience of relevant technologies and data analysis

UAE Driving license is a must.
