Lead Po1 company owned vehicles agenda securing annual volume targets with efficient systems, cost planning, service and improved efficiency to improve KPIs, while maintaining company assets within location traffic & licensing laws and regulations.
Accountabilities: Lead Po1 company owned vehicles agenda through:
Develop strong systems to improve licensing KPIs and readiness.
Manage all related governmental activities through activation team, in partnership with internal stakeholders.
Develop monthly licensing plan, to be cascaded to rest of the team for implementation.
Develop company licensing requirements of vehicles in coordination with each Sales, Deployment & other functions leads.
Strengthening internal & external stakeholders partnership into activating licensing plans.
Coach & mentor direct reports’ capabilities in alignment with current traffic laws & regulations to achieve target plans.
Maintain periodical law regulations updates for different traffic departments in addition to financial settlement policy.
Prepare an annual budget of licensing operations, expenses and vehicles violation fees.
Monitor licensing performance & lead action plans accordingly.
Lead on maintaining efficient licensing database and financial settlement processes through Admin & Finance reporting team.
Monitor all licensing governmental payments & documents, ensuring alignment with company policies, cost & database.
Ensuring in partnership with insurance department into finalizing certificates of institution.
Provide required approvals including licensing plates issuance in alignment with current regulations and plans.
Manage licensing agenda with stakeholders through:
Fleet workshop team to ensure car readiness for inspection.
GP team on supplying new vehicles to ensure licensing plans are aligned with the expansion, in addition to vehicles auctions & and issuance of data certificates.
Follow-up with traffic & police offices on suspended vehicles clearance.

Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelors Degree. (Bachelor’s in Law is preferrable) with 8-10+ years of experience.
Fluency in both English & Arabic languages (written & spoken).
Strong knowledge of national license laws and regulations, with expertise in licensing laws nationwide.
Strong analytical, and management skills.
Strong strategic planning skills to develop solid future plans.
Strong understanding of financial analysis.
Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
