Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled FIT-OUT Technical Coordinator with a strong background in Fit-Out projects to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of proven experience in reputable contracting companies, demonstrating technical excellence, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

Coordinate and manage all technical aspects of fit-out projects from design to completion. Review drawings, specifications, and material submittals to ensure compliance with project requirements. Liaise between consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to resolve technical issues. Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and executing site works efficiently. Ensure quality control and adherence to safety and company standards. Prepare reports, technical documentation, and as-built drawings when required.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. 5-8 years of experience in fit-out projects within reputable contracting firms. Ability to work in Amaala project Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and finishes. Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other relevant project coordination tools.
