A real estate investment company specializing in property acquisition and ongoing asset management is looking for a

Property Fit-Out & Operations Coordinator

to support its growing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate with contractors during the construction process, and with tenants post-leasing to ensure smooth handovers (technical and administrative follow-up) Manage furniture procurement from approved suppliers (pre-negotiated pricing and selection) Handle day-to-day administrative errands, including site visits and document deliveries Monitor the market for property acquisition opportunities and prepare basic reports

Requirements:



Technical understanding of HVAC, basic construction, and interior finishing Proficient in basic Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Familiarity with the UAE commercial real estate market Strong phone and interpersonal communication skills Valid UAE driving license and personal vehicle required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Experience:

Real estate/fit out works: 1 year (Required) Excel, Word, and PowerPoint: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:

* Driving license (Preferred)
