Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Fit-out Project Coordinator with expertise in home cinema installations and acoustic solutions. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing site execution, and ensuring that all fit-out works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee fit-out projects, specifically home cinema setups, acoustic treatments, and related works. Work closely with clients, designers, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of projects. Prepare project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery. Supervise site activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors related to home cinema and acoustic installations. Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports for management and clients. Resolve any technical or site-related issues promptly. Ensure proper documentation, including drawings, BOQ, and project handover files.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in fit-out project coordination, preferably with exposure to home cinema and acoustic solutions. Strong knowledge of AV systems, soundproofing, acoustic panels, and interior fit-out works. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Strong communication and client handling skills. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

Experience in luxury residential or commercial cinema room projects. Knowledge of smart home integration systems. UAE/GCC market experience with valid driving license (advantage).
