Key Job Responsibilities of a Fit-Out Technical Engineer:
Project Planning and Coordination
Review architectural and engineering drawings.
Coordinate with architects, designers, and site engineers to clarify project requirements.
Technical Supervision
Oversee and ensure correct installation of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems.
Monitor all technical aspects of fit-out works to ensure adherence to design and quality standards.
Verify that materials and installations conform to specifications.
Site Management
Conduct site inspections and supervise daily activities.
Resolve technical issues that arise during construction or installation.
Documentation and Reporting
Maintain project documentation, including daily reports, technical submittals, and inspection requests.
Report progress and technical issues to project managers and clients.
Attend coordination and progress meetings.
