to join our team. This dual-role position involves acquiring and managing sales for interior fit-out projects while also overseeing and coordinating general maintenance tasks for client properties and company sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Management (Fit-Out & General Maintenance):
Generate leads and secure new fit-out projects through networking, referrals, and cold calls.
Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and presentations to clients.
Meet sales targets and manage client accounts from initial inquiry to project handover.
Should have good network of subcontractors
Coordinate with design and technical teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Maintain long-term relationships with clients and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Supervise and coordinate
Inspection & verify quality
Liaise with technicians, contractors, and suppliers for repair or replacement works.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or related discipline (preferred).
3+ years of experience in fit-out sales and/or general maintenance.
Strong understanding of interior fit-out processes, materials, and pricing.
Basic technical knowledge of building maintenance systems and equipment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
UAE driving license is must.
Preferred Skills:
Ability to read and prepare technical drawings and BOQs.
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
