WeFix Technical Services is hiring a skilled and hands-on

Fit-Out / Renovation Technician

to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be experienced in executing various renovation and interior fit-out tasks, with a focus on quality, precision, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out renovation and fit-out tasks such as partition work, gypsum ceiling, flooring, carpentry, minor electrical and plumbing adjustments. Read and interpret design drawings and execute the work as per specifications. Assist in kitchen, bathroom, and general interior remodeling jobs. Perform demolition, installation, finishing, and basic repair works on-site. Handle tools and materials with care, ensuring safety and proper use. Coordinate with the site supervisor or team lead for daily task planning and updates. Ensure all work is done to high standards and completed within the required timelines. Maintain cleanliness and order at job sites throughout and after the work. Follow safety procedures and report any hazards or incidents immediately.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5years of hands-on experience in fit-out and renovation works in Dubai. Strong multi-skill knowledge across carpentry, painting, tiling, and minor MEP work. Ability to understand technical drawings and instructions. Physically fit, reliable, and punctual. Team player with a positive, proactive attitude. Basic communication skills in English Having a valid UAE driving license is a plus.
