Job Description

We are seeking a

Fit-Out Project Manager

to support our Engineering & Development team.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in

client-side roles

with proven expertise in

fit-out project management

and the ability to oversee projects from design to completion.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Perform day-to-day project activities as required by the project scope. Maintain comprehensive

budgets and project schedules

. Monitor compliance with

building and safety codes

and applicable regulations. Prepare

estimates

and conduct

value engineering analysis

during design. Coordinate site-related issues and provide technical solutions for field execution and as-built documentation. Review and assist in selecting equipment, tools, and rigging for installation works. Review

site safety plans

and communicate specific requirements to the team. Maintain

project tracking logs

(progress %, RFIs, submittals, material deliveries, and change orders). Prepare

project status reports

and participate in internal coordination meetings. Submit

daily field reports

and labor summaries when assigned to job sites. Review

material takeoffs

and assist estimating teams with vendor pricing. Coordinate

field logistics

, including installation sequences and equipment layouts. Review and coordinate

shop drawings

with production and installation teams. Maintain

Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)

and update project tracking systems. Coordinate

deliveries and schedules

with the field and contractor teams. Attend weekly site coordination meetings. Process and review

submittals, substitution requests, change proposals, and change orders

.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's or Master's Degree

in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture.

10+ years of experience

in related

fit-out projects

. Strong understanding of

construction methodologies

, site management, and coordination. Proficient in

MS Project (or equivalent)

, with the ability to interpret and create project schedules. Proficient in

MS Office Suite

(Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Skilled in

PDF editing software

such as Bluebeam or Adobe Acrobat. Basic ability in

AutoCAD

or similar software is an advantage. Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills. Willing to travel and manage multiple project sites as required.
