Job Summary:



The Fit-Out Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of interior fit-out and renovation projects from inception to completion. This includes managing design coordination, procurement, site execution, subcontractors, client communication, and ensuring quality, time, and budget objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead and manage all phases of fit-out projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and handover. Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are aligned and expectations are met. Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and project documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with client requirements. Develop project programs, timelines, and resource plans. Monitor site progress, ensure works are carried out to approved standards, and resolve any technical/site-related issues. Manage procurement schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Conduct regular site inspections and chair project meetings to track progress and resolve issues. Ensure compliance with HSE standards, company policies, and local authority regulations. Prepare and manage budgets, cost control measures, and project billing with support from the QS team. Manage variations, claims, and change orders in coordination with the commercial team. Ensure high-quality finishes and attention to detail, especially for luxury and bespoke fit-out elements.

Requirements:



Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design. 7+ years of experience in managing interior fit-out and renovation projects (luxury retail, hospitality, residential or commercial). Proven experience in delivering high-end turnkey fit-out projects. Strong knowledge of materials, detailing, finishes, and construction methods. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong communication and client-handling abilities. Proficiency in project management software (Primavera, MS Project), MS Office, and AutoCAD. Knowledge of BIM is a plus. PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage. UAE experience and driving license preferred.
