Job Purpose:

The Fit-Out Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, estimation, and execution of fit-out and renovation projects. The role requires strong leadership, technical, and commercial skills to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will also be capable of independently pricing and managing full tender packages.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and oversee the full project lifecycle for interior fit-out and renovation works, from concept to handover. Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates and pricing for full tender submissions. Develop project budgets, resource plans, and schedules aligned with client requirements and timelines. Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and timely procurement. Manage site activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual obligations. Lead internal project teams and supervise subcontractors to achieve project milestones. Monitor project progress, control costs, and manage risks to ensure successful delivery. Conduct regular client meetings, progress reviews, and issue resolution. Prepare and submit project documentation including RFIs, progress reports, variation claims, and close-out documents. Provide technical support during design development and value engineering stages.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum [6-10] years of experience in fit-out and renovation projects, with at least 3 years in a project management role. Proven experience in tendering, pricing, and cost estimation for full turnkey fit-out packages. In-depth knowledge of interior construction methods, materials, finishes, and authority regulations. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills. Proficient in project management tools (MS Project / Primavera), AutoCAD, and MS Office. UAE experience and driving license are preferred.
