Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Fit-Out Manager

to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This full-time, on-site role is responsible for managing fit-out projects from mobilization to handover, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, quality compliance, and coordination across all projects.

Key Responsibilities

Manage fit-out works from project initiation through completion and handover Coordinate with consultants, interior designers, contractors, and suppliers Supervise site activities to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with specifications Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, authority approvals, and HSE standards Resolve site issues and ensure timely closure of snags and defects

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field Minimum

8-10 years of experience

in fit-out projects, preferably in the UAE Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works, materials, and site execution Experience managing contractors, subcontractors, and site teams

Arabic speaking is preferred

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
