The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing high-quality fit-out works within the UAE, particularly in Abu Dhabi, and be capable of leading teams, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of fit-out construction projects, ensuring work is progressing according to approved schedules.
Supervise subcontractors and site staff to ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure smooth workflow and resolve site issues.
Monitor project costs, procurement, and materials to stay within budget.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety codes, and quality standards.
Review and interpret construction drawings and project specifications.
Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports.
Schedule and attend meetings related to project progress, coordination, and planning.
Lead the handover process, including snagging and final approvals.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience
in fit-out project management or construction management.
Proven experience with commercial, retail, and/or residential fit-out works.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
UAE driving license is preferred.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
