Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Fit-Out Engineer to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in retail and F&B interior fit-out, managing site execution, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring quality, and delivering projects within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage day-to-day site execution for retail/F&B fit-out projects.
Review drawings, material specs, and ensure work is done as per approved design/BOQ.
Coordinate with MEP teams, civil teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
Ensure compliance with Qatar construction standards and HSE guidelines.
Attend client/consultant meetings and ensure all comments are implemented.
Manage site manpower, materials, and schedule effectively.
Ensure project completion with high-quality finishing.
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years experience in interior fit-out (retail and F&B essential).
Bachelors in Civil Engineering/Architecture or related field.
Strong knowledge of joinery, MEP coordination, and finishing materials.
Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Must be available in Qatar with transferable visa.
