Job Summary
Artisans Interiors is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support our fit-out projects from planning to handover. The role requires strong coordination skills, documentation management, and the ability to follow up with consultants, suppliers, and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and documentation.
Coordinate between design team, site team, suppliers, and clients.
Prepare project reports, material tracking sheets, and weekly updates.
Handle RFIs, material approvals, and site correspondence.
Follow up on procurement, deliveries, and subcontractor timelines.
Ensure all project documentation is organized and up to date.
Support project manager in ensuring smooth site operations and timely delivery.
Requirements
2-4 years experience as a Project Coordinator in fit-out or interiors.
Experience with retail/F&B projects preferred.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and project documentation.
Available in Qatar with transferable visa.
