The Fit-Out Engineer is responsible for managing and executing interior fit-out projects, ensuring all work meets design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. The role requires coordination with clients, designers, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality, functional, and aesthetically appealing spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and interpret architectural and interior design drawings.
Prepare shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation.
Supervise and coordinate site activities for partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, and other interior finishes.
Coordinate with MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) teams and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications.
Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets.
Resolve site issues and provide technical solutions promptly.
Conduct site inspections and report on progress to project managers and clients.
Maintain clear documentation of changes, approvals, and site instructions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fit-out, interior, or joinery projects

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant design software.
Strong understanding of interior finishes, materials, and construction methods.
Excellent coordination and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of health and safety standards in construction.
