Prepare detailed drawings and shop drawings for interior fit-out works using AutoCAD or similar software.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure design intent is met.
Conduct site visits to ensure accurate execution of interior works and support civil construction activities.
Oversee joinery, partitions, ceilings, flooring, finishes, and other interior elements.
Assist the civil team in basic structural detailing and integration of architectural and civil elements.
Ensure project specifications, quality standards, and timelines are adhered to.
Prepare and review material submittals, method statements, and inspection requests.
Provide technical support during project execution and assist in resolving design/site issues.
Maintain documentation and reporting related to interior and civil scopes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
Minimum 3-5 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out and civil construction projects.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and reading architectural & civil drawings.
Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, construction techniques, and local authority regulations.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.
