Sales Engineer

to join our team, specializing in I

nterior Fit-out and Renovation Works

. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, combined with excellent sales and client management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and consultants. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in the interior fit-out and maintenance sectors. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients. Provide expert advice on materials, solutions, and technical specifications for fit-out and maintenance projects. Collaborate with the project and design teams to ensure client requirements are met. Conduct site visits to assess client needs and propose tailored solutions. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively. Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitor activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field. Proven experience in sales within the interior fit-out and/or maintenance industries. Strong understanding of technical aspects of fit-out and maintenance projects. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Preferred:

Knowledge of local market regulations and standards. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
