What Youll Be Doing:
- Lead and oversee all technical aspects of interior fit-out projects from tender to handover
- Review and approve shop drawings, technical submittals, and material specifications
- Coordinate closely with design, procurement, site, and QA/QC teams to ensure smooth execution
- Liaise with consultants, clients, and authorities to resolve technical issues efficiently
- Ensure full compliance with project specs, standards, and local regulations
- Mentor and guide CAD teams and junior engineers
- 10+ years of experience in technical roles within interior fit-out, with at least 5 years in the UAE
- Proven experience in managing technical deliverables on high-end projects
- Strong understanding of MEP coordination and authority approvals
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
- Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, and project documentation tools
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
- Must be currently based in Dubai or able to relocate quickly
