Fit Out Project Manager

The Role
DEEJOS Interiors LLC is hiring a Senior Fit-Out Manager responsible for overseeing full project execution -- including team management, contractor arrangement, material quantity planning, and timely project handover. The ideal candidate will work closely with project coordinators, site supervisors, and the design team to ensure smooth and professional fit-out delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Arrange and manage workers, contractors, and subcontractors for site execution. - Prepare material requirement lists and arrive at quantity estimates as per approved designs and BOQs. - Supervise Fit-Out Supervisors, assigning them daily/weekly work and monitoring performance. - Ensure timely handover of all projects -- villas, apartments, and offices -- as per client commitments. - Work closely with the Design Team to clarify drawings, site conditions, and technical requirements. - Provide frequent updates to customers on project status, milestones, and clarifications. - Control site quality, safety, and labor discipline on a daily basis. - Solve on-site challenges including material delays, labor issues, and technical queries. - Coordinate with the Purchase Team to ensure timely delivery of materials to site. - Maintain documentation: daily reports, site photos, client update sheets.
Requirements
Experience:
# 8-12 years minimum in UAE fit-out project management. #Proven experience handling team setup, contractor negotiation, and material estimation. Skills: - Strong site execution leadership - Quantity surveying fundamentals (for material estimation) - Client communication and update reporting - Knowledge of joinery, civil, MEP, and finishing works - Fluent in EnglishAbout the company
