We're hiring a Site Engineer who can take control of multiple project sites across Dubai. You'll coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and internal teams to make sure work is delivered on time, to spec, and within budget--no hand-holding.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site activities across multiple active locations
Monitor progress, report deviations, and implement corrective measures fast
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal design/fit-out teams
Ensure strict adherence to project timelines, specs, and safety standards
Conduct site inspections and quality control checks regularly
Track material usage, manage site documentation, and prepare status reports
Liaise with authorities and ensure compliance with local regulations (Dubai Municipality, DCD, etc.)
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in site supervision for interior fit-out / construction projects
Proven experience managing multiple job sites simultaneously
Strong knowledge of MEP coordination, finishes, and authority approvals
UAE driving license
Solid technical drawings interpretation and site execution skills
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus, not a must)
Strong reporting, leadership, and time management skills
