Job Title: Fit-Out Estimator

Build Mode Industries FZ LLC is seeking an experienced Fit-Out Estimator to join our growing team. We are looking for a professional with strong experience in commercial interior and fit-out projects, capable of preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates while working closely with our design, procurement, and project teams.

Position Summary

The Fit-Out Estimator will be responsible for reviewing drawings, preparing BOQs, sourcing prices, and supporting the overall tendering and pricing process. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of joinery, materials, finishes, and interior construction methods to deliver cost-effective and high-quality project solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Review architectural drawings, ID drawings, and project specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates for interior fit-out projects Prepare BOQs, budgets, and pricing for all project stages from concept to final tender Coordinate with design, engineering, and project teams to ensure accuracy and constructability in estimates Source, evaluate, and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations for materials, joinery, and fit-out works Prepare tender submissions, clarifications, and supporting documentation Evaluate project risks, site conditions, and any factors affecting cost and schedule Support value engineering by suggesting cost-effective materials and alternative solutions Maintain updated cost databases, market rates, and historical project data Participate in client meetings, site visits, and design discussions as required

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field 5 years of estimating experience in interior fit-out in the UAE Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, joinery, finishes, and local market pricing Proficiency in estimating and takeoff software such as PlanSwift, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or similar Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to interpret drawings and understand project requirements clearly Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
