We are seeking a talented Fit Out & Architectural Engineer to oversee and coordinate interior fit-out and architectural works for construction projects. The role involves reviewing designs, supervising on-site activities, ensuring quality control, and coordinating with all project stakeholders to deliver high-standard outcomes on time and within budget.
Key Skills:
Interior fit-out supervision and execution
Architectural design and detailing
Coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP works
Material selection and approval processes
Compliance with safety, codes, and quality standards
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or Civil Engineering
2-5 years of experience in fit-out and architectural projects
Proficiency in AutoCAD and related tools
