We are seeking a highly skilled

Spray Painter & Finisher

with extensive experience in production, manufacturing, theming, and artistic finishing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying high-quality paint finishes, textures, and coatings to various surfaces, ensuring consistency, durability, and artistic precision. This role requires expertise in using different spray painting techniques, color matching, and surface preparation, as well as the ability to work with a variety of materials such as wood, metal, plastic, and fiberglass.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and paint surfaces using spray guns, airbrushes, and other finishing tools to achieve high-quality finishes. Apply primers, basecoats, topcoats, lacquers, and specialty coatings according to project specifications. Mix and match paints to achieve custom colors and textures required for theming and artistic projects. Perform surface preparation, including sanding, filling, and masking, to ensure smooth and flawless finishes. Work closely with designers, engineers, and production teams to meet artistic and manufacturing standards. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations related to spray painting and finishing. Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high standards in all finished products. Troubleshoot painting and finishing issues, adjusting techniques and materials as needed. Maintain and clean painting equipment, spray booths, and work areas. Train and mentor junior painters and team members in advanced spray painting techniques.
