*Well versed in estimation, preparing BOQ from drawing and communicate with supplier to prepare complete project cost.
*Responsible for preparing BOQ and estimate material requirements and choosing the most appropriate material for the job.
*Review the tender documents / drawings, scope of work, terms and conditions of contract and technical and material specifications of items.
*Analyze the tender drawings, material specs, extracting into BOQ if BOQ.
*Should have experience in preparing detailed CAD drawing for interior fit-out and joinery scopes.
*Floating inquiries to suppliers, subcontractors, and getting quotes with best prices.
*Preparation of comparison sheet for quotations received from subcontractors to review the price.
*Cost estimation for all fit-out & joinery items.
