Supervise and coordinate the activities of finishing masons and helpers at the site.
Ensure all finishing works (plastering, tiling, marble fixing, blockwork, etc.) are executed as per project specifications and standards.
Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and schedules.
Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and maintain quality workmanship.
Coordinate with site engineers and foremen to ensure timely completion of work.
Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finishing masonry supervision in the UAE or GCC.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage labor and meet deadlines.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
