Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage a team of masons and laborers on site.
Ensure masonry work is executed as per the drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with site engineers and foremen for daily work planning.
Monitor attendance, material usage, and productivity of assigned crew.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and site regulations.
Inspect work progress and make necessary adjustments as needed.
Report any issues or delays to the site supervisor or engineer promptly.
Requirements:
Proven experience in
masonry work supervision
, ideally within the UAE.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to read basic construction drawings.
Good communication and organizational abilities.
Familiarity with construction safety standards.
