Agile Prime General Contracting is seeking a skilled Finishing Estimation Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for finishing works, analyzing project specifications, and coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze cost estimates for finishing works (paint, tiles, marble, gypsum, joinery, etc.).

Review drawings, BOQs, and project specifications to determine the required scope and materials.

Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

Develop cost summaries, breakdowns, and project budgets for tender submissions.

Coordinate with project and procurement teams to align estimates with actual site costs.

Maintain an updated database of material and labor costs in the UAE market.

Prepare comparison sheets and value engineering proposals when required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Minimum 3 to 7 years of experience in finishing estimation within the UAE construction industry.

Strong knowledge of finishing materials, specifications, and cost analysis.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation/tendering software.

Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
