Job Description
Supervise, coordinate, and monitor all
finishing works
at site, includingplastering, painting, tiling, false ceiling, joinery, flooring, cladding, and MEP final coordination
. Ensure finishing works are executed in accordance withapproved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
. Inspect and verify workmanship and materials before client/consultant inspections. Coordinate withSite Engineers, Foremen, Subcontractors, and QA/QC Engineers
to achieve project targets and deadlines. Prepare and updatedaily progress reports
and monitor work schedules. Ensure thatwork sequencing and interfaces between civil, architectural, and MEP works
are managed smoothly. Identify site issues, propose solutions, and follow up until resolved. Monitor and controlmaterial usage
to prevent wastage and ensure timely procurement. Conduct and participate insite inspections and snag list closing
with consultants and clients. Ensure compliance withHSE (Health, Safety, and Environment)
regulations at all times. Assist in handover documentation and final quality checks.Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma
in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 5 years
of experience in finishing works forbuildings, villas, or commercial projects High Rise
(UAE experience highly preferred). Strong knowledge ofarchitectural finishes, materials, and installation techniques
. Ability to interpretshop drawings, specifications, and method statements
. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Proficient inAutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools
. Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
