We are hiring Civil-Finishing Engineer to manage civil, structural, and finishing works to ensure maintenance, repairs, and renovations meet company standards, safety protocols, and quality requirements across properties
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily civil and finishing maintenance, ensuring quality and safety.
Manage renovation, refurbishment, and fit-out projects, keeping within budget and deadlines.
Analyze defects, ensuring compliance with building codes and quality standards.
Enforce safety regulations and maintain records, budgets, and technical reports for asset management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
6-8 years of experience in facilities management or building maintenance.
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
Certification in facilities management or health & safety is a plus.
