Finishing Engineer - Civil
Qualifications: A degree in Civil Eng
Experience
: In UAE, min 5 years as Finishing Engineer (Civil)
Expert in Finishing activities right from start to handing over of the project.
- Experience of supervising finishing works in projects of 200+ villas
Technical supervision of ongoing Civil & Finishing work at all stages.
Check the quality of all the materials received on site and prepare quality reports, defects, if any.
Workout quantities and reconciliation of all Finishing activities.
Responsible for site co-ordination of contractors and suppliers, progress at site, inspection of elements of the work at site and ensure that the project is coordinated and delivered on time and in budget, as per the tender documents.
Check Daily progress Report & Finishing work snag list. Candidate should have good exposure on Residential Projects.
Co-ordination with Vendors for Finishing Activities
Site Management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
