Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all finishing activities (plaster, paint, tiling, gypsum, joinery, ceilings, flooring, etc.)
Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and approved materials
Manage subcontractors and site teams to achieve target deadlines
Conduct quality inspections and ensure proper finishing standards are met
Coordinate with consultants, project engineers, and other trades to avoid clashes
Prepare daily progress reports and support site planning/forecasting
Ensure compliance with HSE policies and site safety rules
Handle snagging, de-snagging, and handover readiness
Requirements
Mid-career level
experience in finishing works
Minimum 3 years Dubai experience as a Finishing Foreman
(mandatory)
Strong knowledge of finishing materials, methods, and quality standards
Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQ items
Valid UAE driving license
(mandatory)
Good communication and coordination skills
Immediate joiners preferred (if applicable)
