Handle day-to-day administrative activities at the construction site
Maintain site records, attendance, and manpower logs
Prepare reports, correspondence, and site documentation
Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and head office
Manage office supplies, petty cash, and site expenses
Assist in preparation of invoices, delivery notes, and material records
Ensure proper filing of drawings, permits, and approvals
Support HR and accounts-related site activities
Requirements:
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field
Minimum 3-5
years
experience as Site Admin in construction projects
Knowledge of site documentation and reporting procedures
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently at site locations
Must have GCC Experience
