Job Summary

:

The Civil Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day civil construction activities on-site, ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with project specifications, standards, and schedules. This role involves coordination with engineers, subcontractors, safety officers, and labor teams, ensuring high-quality workmanship while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

:

Supervise and monitor civil contracting and maintenance activities (excavation, concreting, structural works, finishing, etc.). Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols are met. Coordinate with engineers, site managers, and subcontractors for daily work allocation. Review and interpret construction drawings, method statements, and specifications. Ensure proper material usage and inventory control at site. Conduct daily toolbox talks and enforce HSE regulations. Monitor workforce productivity and provide technical guidance to laborers and foremen. Prepare and submit daily progress reports to the Project Engineer or Site Manager. Identify and resolve site issues and report critical concerns promptly. Attend coordination and progress meetings as required.

Qualifications & Skills

:

Diploma degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Proven experience (4+ years) in civil contracting projects, preferably in the UAE or GCC. Strong understanding of contracting methods, materials. Knowledge of local municipality regulations and quality/safety standards. Ability to manage a team of workers and subcontractors. Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic project reporting tools. Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a plus. UAE Driving License (preferred).

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
