We are currently hiring a Civil Supervisor to oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities on-site. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supervising structural and finishing works, managing site teams, and ensuring quality and safety compliance in line with project requirements. Key Responsibilities: . Supervise and coordinate site activities including earthworks, concreting, masonry, and finishing . Ensure that work is executed as per project drawings, specifications, and quality standards . Manage site manpower and monitor productivity and progress . Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth workflow . Monitor material usage and inventory at the site . Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and ensure housekeeping standards . Maintain site documentation such as daily reports, manpower logs, and progress updates Requirements: . Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline . Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in civil construction projects . Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and standards . Ability to read and interpret technical drawings . Excellent communication and leadership skills .
