Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Civil Supervisor with experience in finishing and fit-out works to support facilities management projects. The role involves supervising on-site activities, coordinating with contractors, ensuring quality workmanship, and making sure work is completed safely and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise final finishing (Snagging), maintenance and fit-out works like tiling, painting, gypsum, partitions, joinery, Aluminium, Marble, Wooden flooring etc.

- Ensure work is completed as per design, quality standards, and safety guidelines.

- Coordinate daily work with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

- Inspect and report site progress, issues, and materials used.

Update the site progress in Onsite application

- Ensure all the works compliance with DM regulations and company standard procedures.

- Maintain daily reports and communicate updates to project managers.

Requirements:

- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil/fit-out work, preferably in the UAE.

- Good knowledge of finishing materials and interior works.

- Able to read and understand drawings and specifications.

- Familiar with Dubai Municipality rules and safety standards.

- Good communication and team coordination skills.

- Basic computer skills (MS Office).

- UAE driving license is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
