Analysis of accounting accounts and control of the consistency of entries;
Accounting entry of current operations (purchases, sales, banks, etc.);
Cash management: entry of collection transactions (checks and cash), daily closing, justification of balances;
Monitoring of customer receivables and reminders if necessary;
Recording of receipts in the software;
Bank reconciliations and cash flow verification;
Preparation of financial statements and tax and social security declarations;
Archiving and classification of accounting documents.

Job Requirements
Diploma in accounting, finance or equivalent;
Proven experience in a similar position;
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g.: PC Accounting, Intelex-Excel, etc.);
Good analytical skills, rigor, autonomy and sense of responsibility;
Mastery of cash management procedures and monitoring of collections.
