We are looking for a responsible, self-driven

Operations & Sales Manager

to oversee daily operations at our stores. You will be in charge of managing sales, suppliers, staff, and company records. This is a key leadership role where you will act as the right hand of the owner and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage in-store sales and customer service Order inventory and supplies from vendors Record all sales and expenses accurately Maintain and organize all company records (legal, financial, staff-related) Supervise and schedule staff across both locations Ensure top-level customer service is delivered at all times Act as the point of contact when the owner is not available Prepare weekly operational updates for the owner and attend weekly review meetings

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, retail management, or business operations Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency in using Excel, POS systems, and basic accounting tools Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus Reliable, honest, and able to work independently Passion for animals and familiarity with pet care products is preferred
