We're working with a global fintech company based in Dubai to recruit a Financial Reporting Manager who will take the lead on financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial planning across the business. - Salary: AED 22,000 - 27,000/month + benefits

- Start Date: ASAP About the Role This is a high-impact leadership role in a fast-paced, innovative fintech environment. The successful candidate will manage a finance team and play a key role in ensuring robust financial processes, timely reporting, and alignment with UAE regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial plans, commercial analysis, and risk management insights
• Oversee monthly financial returns, reconciliation, management accounts, and daily cash flow
• Implement and maintain strong internal controls
• Ensure full compliance with UAE financial regulations
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of up to 8 finance professionals

Who We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of recent experience in financial reporting within banking or financial services
• A proven track record of managing teams of up to 8, with excellent people management and leadership skills
• Strong understanding of the UAE financial regulatory environment
• In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, compliance, and financial systems
• Excellent analytical, communication, and strategic thinking abilities
